By any mean you are not allowed to abuse any member of this site. If your abused, or even similar to. It is in Azure's interest to remove the abuser with or without prior notice. Azure is not obligated to do remove the abuser, and in those cases we decide not to, you're obligated to accept the decision we make. It will be in the hands of ranked member such as moderator or higher to decide what actions we will take in each case. You also agree to give moderators or higher ranked the power to practice the end-user agreement.

It is the end-user own responsibility to make sure the user does not violate any international or national laws. Azure is not responsible for any activity the user might choose to or trigger on the website which might be allowed in the country the user is in. The user takes full responsibility for any action/activity he makes. Azure is not obligated to monitor any user activity but will do if necessary.
